The cast iron bearing seats for the cutterblock can easily handle any type of work.
On request, the machine can be equipped with rubber-coated in- and outfeed rollers, to cope with different sections of timber.

suitable load distribution!
4 spindles with trapezoidal threads guarantee accurate adjustment and high weight bearing capacity on the thicknessing table. The table height adjustment guideways (A+B) also stabilize the table against lateral movement particulary in the outfeed direction during thicknessing.

Dust extraction hood
Due to its efficient design and large dimension, the chip extraction hood is ready to deal with heavy chip loads. 2 Spring-loaded pressure bars prevent “vibrating” of very thin workpieces during thicknessing.

Adjustable under table rollers
As an option: adjustable rollers integrated under the table for processing workpieces with either a high moisture or resin content.

Pressure beams
On request, we can deliver a spring-loaded, segmented infeed pressure bar, combined with infeed rubber roller for simultaneous processing of timber of varying thickness.

Feed rate
Variable infeed speed from 13–52 ft/min for any type of wood or grain as standard.
|
|
|
Table extension
The large 900 mm thicknessing table can be enlarged with a table extension on the outfeed side and a workpiece roller on the infeed side. This results in an overall length of 1500 mm!

Turn the control knob for quick adjustment, and push the button for fine adjustment. The LED display clearly shows the actual value.

... with “Digi-Drive” simply type it in
Enter the required dimension, press Start and the thicknesser table will move exactly to the required position. Set and actual values are displayed on LED displays. Further functions: incremental function, four programmable thicknesser table positions.

Height-adjustable scissor table
The thicknesser table can, upon request, be extended by 1150 mm with a height-adjustable scissor table.
