The planer fence: A masterpiece of engineering providing stability, precision and performance.
The planer fence may be tilted to any angle between 90° and 45°. End stops are placed at 90° and 45°.

Adjust the depth of cut.
Quick and accurate adjustment of cutting depth from the operator side of the infeed table.

The cutting depth can be adjusted continuously to up to 8 mm. The magnifying glass guarantees accurate reading of the scale.

Dual lifting planer tables
It is simple and quick to change from planing to thicknessing on your machine. Tension springs are used to facilitate lifting of both planer tables.

Dust extraction hood.
Due to its extremely good design and large dimension, the chip extraction hood is very efficient and you will never have issues with blockage, even with very moist woods.

Trapezoid threaded spindle
4 spindles with trapezoidal threads guarantee accurate adjustment and high weight bearing capacity on the thicknessing table. The table height adjustment guideways (A+B) also stabilize the table against lateral movement particulary in the outfeed direction during thicknessing.

Perfect planing technology
2 Spring-loaded pressure bars prevent “vibrating” of very thin workpieces during thicknessing.

|
Pressure beams
The optional rubber infeed and outfeed transporting rollers are the perfect solution when working with sensitive material, jobs requiring minimal thicknessing, very thin or different thickness workpieces.
On request, we can deliver a spring-loaded, segmented infeed pressure bar, combined with infeed rubber roller for simultaneous processing of timber of varying thickness.

Enter the required dimension, press Start and the thicknesser table will move exactly to the required position. Set and actual values are displayed on LED displays. Further functions: incremental function, four programmable thicknesser table positions.
